Amie LeGette was born in 1985 and grew up in Northern California. She has shown nationally at Michael Strogoff in Marfa, Tx, Littman in Portland, OR, Richard Levy Gallery, and the Tamarind Institute in Albuquerque, NM, among others. Her work has been featured in New American Paintings, Southwest Contemporary, Pasatiempo in the Santa Fe New Mexican, and Travel Portland. LeGette received her MFA from the University of New Mexico in 2021 and her BFA from Rhode Island School of Design. The artist currently lives and works in Santa Fe, NM.
